Blowing out, or winterizing, your sprinkler system is crucial to maintaining a working sprinkler system in cold climates like Missoula.
DOCTOR SPRINKLER'S blowout service includes:
- Shutting off and draining the water supply to your sprinklers
- Safely and thoroughly blow the water out of your underground pipes using an air compressor capable of low pressure but high volume
- Venting the backflow preventer to allow water vapor to escape, preventing damage
Please Note: If you're sprinkler system incorporates a pump system, feed line for water feature or remote spigot, or is in a difficult to access location, additional service rates may apply depending on how long it takes to service. Please let us know if any of these issues apply to your system so we can plan in advance.
We don't service systems with a pipe diameter greater than 1" or agricultural sprinkler systems.
